How long does it take to train a new user?
Encircle is intuitive. When you first log into the Claims Inbox, you'll be able to see all of your claims and their current statuses. When you purchase your first claims pack, a Customer Success representative will walk you through the platform to help get you started. If you have any questions, we have helpful articles and videos on various parts of the platform to show you how to use a feature. If you still have questions, feel free to reach out to our Support or Customer Success teams.
Do claims ever expire?
Purchased claims never expire and there is no limit to the data that can be in a file.
How many users can you have?
Every Encircle account comes with unlimited users. Even better, there are user permission levels that allow you to control over what information each user has access to if you need to employ temporary employees or you are working with subcontractors.
What about when the crews don't have internet access?
Encircle will automatically switch to “work offline” mode. When the your team member regains access to the internet on their device the claim, the data will sync automatically. You will NOT have to call and chase claim data!
What is customer support like?
Our customer support is free and unlimited. Feel free to call and speak with the same customer support person each time. Our dedicated Encircle trainers are also available to assist you in the beginning.
