FAQs

Generating a scope is extremely simple. In the web app, open the Scopes tab of the job → click New Mitigation Scope → select which General Notes and Structures/Rooms you want to include → and click Generate Scope.

Within a few minutes you’ll have a detailed, comprehensive scope of work that is fully editable.

Encircle Scope works through a simple three-step process: Capture, Analyze, and Review. Field teams capture photos, notes, and measurements. Encircle AI, our purpose-built AI engine – then analyzes this data against IICRC standards, instantly generating an accurate, editable, room-by-room mitigation scope ready for your expert review.

The following information from your job file will be used to generate an Encircle Scope:

  • Project Details
  • Job Events
  • Rooms
  • Floor Plans
  • General Notes
  • Structure & Room media (photos, videos (audio only), 360 photos and notes)
  • Hydro Data

Scope works on all types of residential emergency mitigation jobs, regardless of size – water, fire, mold, asbestos, impact (e.g. tree through the roof or car through the wall).

The only mitigation service excluded is trauma cleanup, because the system’s guardrails, implemented via Azure, prevent the processing of photo content containing blood and other visceral substances.

Encircle Scope leverages the S500, S520, and S700 when building scopes and referencing standards.

Encircle saves all of your work locally when offline and automatically syncs it once you reconnect to the internet.

When you complete your quiz you’ll be asked if you require an IICRC CE certificate.
