Hudson Restoration is a staple in the executive restoration industry in Ontario. Hudson’s stellar

They made the choice to ‘go digital’ and joined Encircle in 2016. Nick Hudson, VP of Operations at Hudson commented that “Historically Hudson was lacking the use of technology for efficiency and productivity. We were doing a lot of things manually on paper; we just weren’t with the times”
Hudson met Encircle CEO, Paul Donald at a trade show and instantly liked Encircle’s ability to automatically organize photos captured from the job site. It was a big move forward from using a DSLR camera to take photos and individually uploading them to a folder.

Hudson explained, “We’ve definitely had the upper hand with being able to send docs electronically, it not only saves us time and money with travel costs, etc, but it also allows us to get in front of the customer and sign off on a project a lot quicker.”
Hudson has also found that having their moisture readings in Encircle helps them stay organized. Structural drying can be complex, and reporting requirements are increasingly strict. At the end of the job, they create comprehensive, professional-looking reports that are easy to decipher.
