Encircle’s software-as-a-service Claims solution is offered on a subscription basis, and consists of a software platform allowing users to access and process property information, as more fully described at the Encircle website (https://www.getencircle.com).

Encircle has multiple package tiers permitting access to the Encircle solution with a number of Claims entitlements associated with each tier. Your package tier is set forth in your Order Form. If, within any three (3) month period of your subscription, you exceed the allotted usage of your current package by more than 20%, Encircle may automatically increase you to the next package tier that allows for more usage, and any additional amounts owing for the remainder of your then-current subscription term shall reflect the amount commensurate with the new package tier. Any such increases will be notified to you in a timely manner and any invoices will be due upon receipt.
