As a documentation platform, Vallee checks the Encircle web app every morning to see what jobs they have on the go and what's happening on them. “Pictures, tell 1,000 words. Usually, there's a preliminary report within hours. So I can see how my project manager is reporting, and if I have any issues, I can make a quick phone call.” Vallee said.
COLLABORATE WITH ADJUSTERS
The team at ServiceMaster can speed up the claims process by working collaboratively with policyholders and service providers on the Encircle platform. The adjuster and contractor have instant access to photos, documents, scopes, estimates, and reports as soon as they are created. At four o'clock on Sunday afternoon when the barbecue is going, an adjuster doesn’t want to run out to a job to determine the severity of the loss. Due to this efficient process, adjusters frequently call ServiceMaster knowing they have Encircle and the capability to assess the job remotely. “We found out that we've had repeat business from the same adjuster because they're familiar with this process and find it easy to follow" Vallee revealed.
Any information captured in the field can be instantly accessed back at the office. Coverage can be confirmed, authorizations signed electronically and crews arrive prepared.

EASE OF USE

He goes on to say, “It's a simple function on their cell phone. And everybody's got a cell phone. You don't have to provide them with a separate piece of equipment to do their job. They just take the picture with a cell phone and upload it.”
