Welcome, everyone. Good afternoon. Good morning. Good evening. Wherever you’re joining us from. My name is Leah. I’m gonna be the host of our what’s new at Encircle webinar today. We’ll just give a couple of moments to let everybody get in and get seated, and we will start very, very soon. We’ve got some great things to cover today, and I wanna make sure that we have everybody out before before the hour. I know everyone is busy. So we will get started. So we have some really exciting things to cover. What’s new in our product? What we what’s already available? And then a couple of sneak peeks of what’s coming up really soon. So the first thing we’re gonna cover is three sixty. You’ll you may remember if you if you attended this webinar back in April, that we launched our three sixty functionality, and that is out and live in the in the world now. So Sean Coglin is our director of product marketing, and he’s gonna give you a recap on three sixty and also some updates to reporting. Anna is here. She is going to give you some updates around hydro. So we’ve made a number of enhancements that are gonna simplify and speed up the water mitigation and documentation workflow. So those are really exciting. And then we’ve got Cashier, and he’s going to give you a preview of some upcoming changes to to contents. So item page updates, and also maybe give you a little sneak preview of things that he’s also working on it in the contents world. And then lastly, before we wrap up, we’re gonna introduce you to a big feature that we’re launching this summer called Encircle payments. So Sean is gonna go through go through that. So without further ado, I will pass things over to you, Sean. Perfect. Thanks, Leah. Hi, everyone. As Leah said, I’m Sean Collyn, director of product management here at Encircle. Last May and at the previous webinar that we did in April, we announced and launched three sixty photos. So the ability to capture a three sixty photo using the Ricoh Theta cameras, they connect over Wi Fi right into our app, make it really easy, continued our promise to you that you need one app for the field that allows you to collect all the documentation, and then take that information that you collect, whether it’s photos or these new three sixty photos, and add them to your reports to really tell the story of the loss and the work that you’ve done on the loss. If you wanna move forward to slide. You know, like I said, we’re here to help you in the field and document the work that you’ve done. Right? I think the the adage out there is you don’t always get paid for the work you do, but you get paid for the work that you document. So adding three sixty integration with the Ricoh cameras allows you to do that documentation all within one house, taking your photos, your videos, and now three sixty to get the full view. With three sixty, you capture every detail of each of the rooms. It saves you money and time because you need less overview photos. You take a three sixty and then get very specific individual photos that you need with our camera. Again, one tool for the team and the combination of a really good trusted technology between Encircle, you know, the best field application out there for restoration contractors, and Ricoh Theta, which is known to have some of the highest quality three sixty cameras out there on the market. We’ve didn’t stop there in terms of development. So, Lee, if you wanna move to the next slide. We’ve been working on more and more, features and functionalities. So a few little updates and enhancements that we’ve done to three sixty is now since we’ve launched, you can actually add a three sixty photo on top of a room sketch that you’ve created. So adding that into the report so that when you send it to either your estimator or send that over to an adjuster or the homeowner, they can see the room sketch. They can click in and see that three sixty photo. And the other update we’ve done to our, PDF report as well is, the ability to rearrange the photos in the report. So if you wanna tell a story, maybe you took a three sixty photo, you know, after some other photos and you wanna make that first, that you can you can do that do that as well. Before I get into a demo, I forgot to mention, you know, three sixty, like I said, we launched in May. It’s gone really, really well. We have over two hundred and seventy five of our customers using three sixty photo. We’ve taken over sixteen thousand three sixty photos within Encircle already, and we have many, many customers that are doing five to ten three sixty photos per claim, showing off the details in all the rooms they’re working on. And, definitely, we have customers that are doing kind of the before and after so they can see the damage, before they started working and then kind of at the end of the job, they can show that and then spell that out beautifully in our PDF reports. Now I think I’m gonna go on and and kinda demo kind of those two new features. There we go. Perfect. So I think here on my screen, you can see an Encircle claim here, and we have the kind of the equivalent in our in our mobile app as well. So if I go into structures and rooms on the web app and I move down into one of our rooms and I look at sketches so for the longest time, you’ve been able to drop photos onto a sketch to provide more details. Now since we’ve launched three sixty, we’ve added the functionality where you can then add on those three sixty photos as well to to the sketch. So if I open up this sketch, click on the photo, you can see you can navigate it around really, really well. But I think where that is most important is in the report. So if I move down a pregenerated, a report here. So here’s my initial inspection report using the Encircle PDF report functionality. Lay it out. I got a nice cover of the house that we’re working on, table of contents. If I jump straight to that room, which is the primary bedroom, you can see here some specific overview photos in the report. There’s the actual three sixty photo. But then I can also add all those photos to to the sketch, and whoever’s looking at it can then view those photos and see kind of what the room looks like based on kind of how you’ve how you sketched it out. So really just providing, you know, the information that you gather in the field and taking that and letting you share with it how you wanna do it, whether it’s just the photo itself or adding context to a room sketch, which may include dimensions and other information that you’ve that you’ve provided. Now the other thing that I highlighted was when we generate a report, before kind of the photos were somewhat static. Whatever order you had them kind of in the room, they were there. But now we wanna add more and more functionality and flexibility for you to tell the story that you need to. So if you go into the Encircle PDF report, kinda go down to the report data. If I jump into our rooms, if I look at the bathroom where I have multiple photos here, you can see this new navigation bar on the side where if I just click that, I can drag it. So if I want that three sixty photo to be the first one in the report and then have all the other photos after that, very easy to do. I can do that for kind of each of the rooms that we do and generate the report, and then it’ll show it up there. So, again, giving you guys the flexibility to tell the story with the data that you’ve collected how you wanna tell the story. So back to you, Leah. That’s kind of the two features that we’ve added to three sixty in our report so far. Alright. Anna, over to you to cover some hydro enhancements. Yes. So thanks, Leah. So our hydro team has been hard at work this quarter, working on delivering a a sizable number of kinda smaller quality of life enhancements into the moist the our moisture logging tool into our hydro tool just to help speed up, clarify data entry, and address some user feed that we’ve been getting around, you know, certain pain points and certain enhancements, that our users were asking for. So a lot of these are already live in the app, so, I’ll talk about those. And I also wanna talk about some that are, soon to come in the app as well. So, I’ll talk about them, and then I’ll show you what I can, in in a demo form and share some screenshots for our upcoming ones. So, with the room dimension tool, something that’s already live in the app. If you’re using Hydra, you may have seen this already. Couple small things on on rectangular rooms. You can see in the the sample screenshot off to the side, actually. We’ve reduced the number of entries for wall measurements so that now you just have to enter basically one you know, two two wall measurements for a rectangular room. And then we’ve also put in a little note when you are entering the affected surface area dimensions for your walls. We’ve we’ve added back into our an app a little note about that requirement only applying to walls above two feet just to help provide some clarity there on what we’re asking for in the prompts. Within our moisture task list, with moisture readings, we’ve actually combined two tasks now. So in our hydro task list, we previously had moisture readings and, sorry, moisture points and moisture content readings as two separate tasks. We’ve now combined those into one task. The third thing I have there on my list is around scaling with our moisture map. So previously, we you know, we’re getting a lot of feedback around the way that the icons and the stickers and things were scaling when you would zoom in and out on our moisture map. And so we have introduced some significant improvements there, so that it now is scaling, you know, properly. And then another big one that we’re excited about, which you can see in my little screenshots there off to the side, is around our equipment calculation prompts. So when you’re going in there to do the, detailed dehumidifier, calculations there in the the equipment calculator. We’ve now put in some contextualization for the prompts and information to help field users understand what it is that that they’re entering. So I’ll show those to you momentarily. Leah, if you wanna jump to the next slide. So I wanna talk about a few things that are coming soon. And so, some of these, I I won’t be able to demo because they’re still, you know, cooking in the oven. But this first one here, is an update to our room dimension screen. So, you can refer to the the screenshot there off on the side, you know, just to get a sneak peek of what it will look like. So we are expanding the size of our input fields for room dimensions just to make it easier, and a lot of people out there might be using the, you know, phone with one hand or something like that. And so our users always appreciate larger input fields. You know, I think that makes it easy for for most of us just in general with entering stuff on phones. Right? And then we also are gonna be moving the ceiling height to the same page as our wall measurements. So you can get your all your room dimensions all on the same page. So that is coming soon into hydro. Leah, if you wanna jump to the next slide. Another one that is coming soon into hydro is with moisture mapping. So if you are, you know, creating sketches from scratch in hydro, we will be automatically importing room shapes onto the moisture map for you based on the room shape you select in the room dimension tool. So if you’re using, you know, a floor plan for a sketch, this isn’t going to override that. This is specifically for people who are creating sketches from scratch. I can actually demo this one for you shortly because we have the, you know, test test version available. So I’ll show that to you guys very soon. And then I’ve got one more, in our list here, which I think is really exciting. This is another one that users have been asking for for a long time, and that is the ability to customize your moisture meters. So instead of having field users, seeing every moisture meter available in the app, you will soon have the ability to, set your own custom list of moisture meters based on what you actually use in the field. So, I won’t be able to demo that one quite yet. You can have a sense of what that will look like in the web app there over on the, you know, the screenshot that we have. So that is a really exciting update that, again, like like I said, a lot of our users have been asking for that one. So we’re really excited to be delivering that very soon. And now what I wanna do is demo these things that I’ve been talking about. So I’m just gonna go ahead and share my screen. I’m gonna go back and show you our, you know, updates current updates to our room dimensions page. So if like I said, if you were using a rectangular room shape, you’ll notice that we’ve only got, you know, two fields for your walls. So just saves you a wee bit of time there, which is always nice. And then I mentioned as well that we’ve updated the prompts around affected surface area of walls. So this has always been true that we were only ever that we were asking for, you know, just the affected walls above two feet. That’s an IICRC standard thing. But we’ve now put this prompt into the app just to make it that much clearer for users so that there’s no confusion anymore so that if your walls are not impacted above two feet, you can leave this field blank. So the functionality isn’t changing. We just wanted to add that clarification for our users just to reduce any, potential confusion that there was on that screen. Okay. And then I had also mentioned that we’ve condensed our moisture point tasks, so you’re no longer seeing two moisture point tasks in here. You can come in to the moisture point task. You can place your moisture points. Alright. I like to do this in bulk. And then you can also go ahead and tape readings right from the screen if you so choose. Right. So just reducing our task list a little bit, just in kind of getting that, cleaned up for our users. I wanna show you our moisture map scaling. Personally, I’m excited about this one. I’ve been I use hydro a lot, and the scaling issue has always kinda bugged me. So you’ll just notice now with our our stickers and our icons, as I’m zooming in and out on the sketch, my icons are scaling properly. Right? So it used they kinda used to take over. The further you zoomed out from the sketch, the icons would kinda grow. And so this makes it, I think, easier to work with a moisture map, move things around, and see what’s happening. So that’s a nice, you know, just kind of quality of life enhancement with the moisture tool. And then the next thing I wanted to show you was in our equipment calculation prompts. Right? So this screen, is quite new. Maybe if you haven’t been in hydro lately, you may not have seen this. We’re now providing more information in these prompts for our detailed, dehumidifier calculations. Right? So it is the case that maybe not every technician necessarily knows these definitions or has read the s five hundred. And so we wanted to provide extra context, extra information into these prompts for users to help them better understand what they’re entering into these fields here. And so now, your field technicians can go into, you know, this task, hopefully, with a little bit more confidence and armed with a little bit, more knowledge about, you know, what it is, that they’re inputting into the system here. Alright. I’ll go ahead and fill mine out and get my recommendations for my equipment calculations. Alright. So those are all ones that are in the app today. You can go ahead and start using them. Maybe some of you already have if you’re in the hydro tool. We’re hoping that, you know, you find these these changes, help just ease things within Encircle, hydro as much as possible. And then the last thing that I can show you today now this is not available yet in the app. It will be shortly, and that is with moisture maps. I’ll show you what I’m talking about with the auto rooms shapes. So if you recall a minute ago in the, in my kitchen room dimensions, I had chosen a rectangular shape, and I’d put in some wall measurements. So if you were to do a, sketch from scratch like this, you’ll notice that the moisture map is already gonna auto populate a room shape for you with your wall measurements on either side. So you can continue to work with the sketch tool as normal from there. Right. So just another way to, you know, save you a wee bit of time here and there, which does add up. So that’s what we’re working on in hydro. You know, have been working on and are working on, to deliver in hydro this quarter. So we’re hoping that you guys, are finding these updates helpful, and I think I’m gonna hand it back over to Leah at this time. So over to you, Kash. Awesome. Thanks, Leah. So as Leah mentioned, I’m Kash. I’m product manager here for, contents. And so I’m very, very excited to share some of the upcoming contents enhancements, that we have for you folks. Content has definitely become, more of a focus area for Encircle, and so this is one of, hopefully, multiple updates that we should be seeing in the content space. So what we have here is an update on the item page. This is very mobile focused. And, essentially, what we wanted to do was create just a one stop shop, a place for you to see everything that is related to an item’s details. So box information, the room, the disposition, any of the photos, etcetera. Just make it really, really easy to be able to see everything that you need to know for each of your items. We’ve also added a a fab button to allow you to quickly access all the common contents items just from a click of a button, and I’ll show, quite shortly, a demo of all of this stuff as well. We’ve also, updated the edit page. So what’s important is that you can see this edit page not only from the item page itself, but when you are adding new contents items from within the camera flow, you get to access that item page. And then also made the way that we show notes in item page a lot clearer and provided kind of a timeline view very similar to how you deal or treat notes anywhere else in the platform. So all really exciting stuff, and and I’m really, excited to show you a bit of a demo. Awesome. So you can see the, contents page here. And so when you open any of the items, you actually are greeted with the new item page. So you can see at the top here, you have all of the photos that are related to the items, the overview photo, the data tag, the receipt, all available here at the top. You have a high level summary of all of the information that is related to the item, the description, the quantity, the disposition, etcetera. And you can see at the very top, you can have a clear view of the room and if applicable, the box that the item is in as well. At the bottom, you have access to all of the notes that are attached to that item. You can see it’s similar format to how notes are other way other places in the app where you can see the photos. You can see any of the descriptions, titles, etcetera, and it just gives you that that full view of everything that’s related to the item. So if you wanted to go in and, for example, edit, you can see there’s a new edit page. So like I said, this edit page is the same edit page that you would now see when you’re creating an item as well. We took a lot of care to make sure that the kind of high impact, most common fields that you’d be doing when you’re kind of documenting an item will go up to the top just so that you wouldn’t have to scroll all the way to the bottom to fill in things and make it just a lot easier for you to document anything that’s related to an item. So you can see you can add descriptions, brand, etcetera. If you’re adding a model number, we actually provide a quick preview of the data tag photo if you want to kind of review that while you’re editing information. So a lot of stuff here just to make it very, very easy to update and document items. One of the cool things here I wanted to show is the FAB. So we have a FAB button here that allows you to quickly create kind of an item note or add replacements. I’ll just quickly show an item that doesn’t necessarily have all the photos yet. You can see that from this fab, you can add replacements, create item notes. You can also take receipt photos or data tag photos with a single click. And so it’s really, really cool to be able to just do whatever you need for the item. If you don’t have these, kind of photos already, you can see that there’s calls to action here to add those photos here in the banner. And I’ll just quickly show that the replacement flow is the same as before. So you can add a replacement from here. It brings you straight to the kind of extension that allows you to select items, and you can add items just as you originally would. So all the item details are actually available here in this pricing section. So you can see any of the replacements, any of the pricing details. The one here has more information. You can kinda see retailer name, cash value, and then any of the pertinent replacements are available there as well. So, yeah, very exciting. This is just one of, hopefully, more updates that are coming for the content space that we are excited to kinda continue to work on and share with you folks. Alright. Last but not least on the update front, we are going to or Sean’s gonna introduce you to Encircle payments. But before I do that, we’re we’ve got a poll that I’d like to that I’m gonna launch, and I’d love to ask you guys to throw your answer into it and let us know how you typically collect deposits and deductibles today on your jobs. So just take a couple of minutes. Sean, if you wanna start start talking about payments while people are answering that question, you can can go for it. We can keep things keep things rolling. Awesome. Sounds good. Thanks, Leah. Yeah. So as you can see here, yeah, we’re introducing Encircle payments. So we wanna move move to the next slide, Leah. You know, as I said before with three sixty earlier, our you know, one of our missions within the product team as well as Encircle as a whole is we whatever you need to do in the field, we want Encircle to be there for you. And we’ve been talking with customers, for quite a while now, and what came up kind of within the last year or so is, you know, quite often on a lot of jobs, you need to collect a down payment or you need to collect a deposit, or a deductible depending on the type of job. And that’s really important to, you know, kind of, one, secure the contract even if you have a work off, but also, you know, from a a cash flow perspective, like, getting the money going so you can kind of start working that. And, you know, we wanted to apply our kind of field first mentality of how can we help yourselves and our customers, do more in the field with when they’re right there, and how can you do that with Encircle? So with Encircle payments, you know, we want it to be kind of one last thing you need to chase, whether that’s, you know, where’s the check that the homeowner gave me or, you know, having the office needing to phone them to collect a credit card or something like that. You know, offering that ability right there in the field when you’re talking with the homeowner to collect it within our mobile app or be able to send them a link to to the app. We’ve now partnered with Stripe, kind of one of the top payment processing companies in the world. So this guarantees that it’s gonna be fast. It’s gonna be secure. All the information is PCI compliant. We’re making sure that the solution we provide you meets your needs, whether that’s what you need to do in the field and also from kind of a business and security and privacy management. You know, that’s top of mind for all of us. So if you move to to the next slide, kinda just building upon what I’ve been saying, you know, what we’re offering today or going to be offering kind of later this summer, as Leah said, is the ability to collect those fields in, those payments in the field. So whether you have iOS or Android, you’re gonna be able to do a tap to pay right on your phone to collect that deposit or from the phone. Or if you’re doing it over the phone in the office, send out an email or a text link that will go directly to your homeowner, to your customer, where they can then fill out their information and pay kind of that initial bill. And, of course, we wanna give visibility to all the payment information that you’re doing. So within Encircle, you have access to kind of all the payments that have happened, across your company, all the payments within a very specific job, And then also, we link out to a robust Stripe dashboard where you can get more and more information about your payments and and and and and everything. So if you kinda move on to the to the next slide there, again, building upon, kind of the benefits, you you know, get paid on the spot. This is very similar to our promise of collect the field the data in the field right there when it’s when it’s actually happening. We really want to be as efficient and be the most efficient way to collect that deposit, that deductible right before you start working. Our hope is this can help improve cash flow. We’ve heard this from, many customers where sometimes it can be difficult. You know, you guys are running, a lot of expenses between, you know, paying your crews, materials that you’re constantly having to buy, equipment that you’re purchasing, you know, truck maintenance, everything. And cash flow is very important, and kind of cash is king. So with Encircle, if you can collect that deposit right there on the spot at the beginning of the job, you know, it’ll show up in your Encircle Stripe account. And then a couple days later, it’s right there in your bank, and you don’t have to worry about finding that check that someone had given you or trying to hunt them down over the phone to collect that payment information. As I said, it’s secure, very professional experience because we’re leveraging Stripe, which is kind of that trusted technology at the end. You know, it’s gonna be very robust, PCI compliant, and all that. Sean, I’m gonna stop you for one quick second. I know you’re on a roll. The chat is blowing up with people wanting to know what the fees are. So very I see. Yeah. Of Of course. So I figured to save people from typing more, we can just address that right right off the top. Yeah. Definitely. So so what we’re doing with our fees, we’re trying to be very, very upfront with them. So if you’re using kind of a mainstream credit card, so not American Express, so like Mastercard, Visa, or Discovery, and you’re doing tap to pay in the field on your phone, then it’s gonna be two point nine five percent of of the payment. If you use Mastercard or sorry. American Express, whether you do it tap to pay or you send a link, there’s higher charges on that. It’s three point five percent if someone uses a mass American Express. If you send a payment link and someone fills it in kind of on their phone or kind of on their home computer, again, with a Mastercard, a Visa, or a Discovery card, it’s three point two percent. If they wanna do bank transfer, so ACH or in Canada, kind of like an interact transfer, bank transfer, it’s one percent with kind of a cap at fifteen dollars. So we have very competitive rates, if not better than a lot of the other competitors kind of in in our market. And a lot of that is determined, obviously, you know, the moment of pay. So if you can get them to pay right away, you guys are getting a lower fee and kind of and and kind of encourage that pay right there kind of in in the spot. So those are kind of the fee structure. And when we launch, you know, that’ll all be all be spelled out kind of in our in our offer. And one other thing to note, I think this covers most people here. When we do launch this, kinda we’re gonna start rolling it out in August and full availability going in September. It is Canada and US only, so I know we have some customers overseas. Payments will not be available to you. It’s Canadian and US. If you’re a Canadian customer, the transaction will be in Canadian dollars. If you’re a US customer, it will be done in US dollars. So Canadian customers don’t worry about having to worry about exchange rates. We’re gonna be handling it in your currency. And, and then in the US, it’s always gonna be kind of in in US dollars, for you. We see I see that questions kind of exploding. We’ll answer a lot of those kind of at the end. We wanna kinda get to the demo. We see things around invoicing and kind of all this other stuff, so we’ll we’ll talk to that, around that. So, Leah, why don’t we just kinda get to the demo? Because I think people kinda wanna see it, you know, answer a bunch of these questions whether it’s integrated into websites and and kinda stuff like that. So Yeah. No problem. I will while you’re while you’re getting that set up, Sean, I will answer. There was a question that came through about is does it cost extra on your subscription? Access to payments is included in your Encircle subscription, so the only fee is the fee per transaction. So you you get to decide when you would incur that fee for for processing a payment, in the field. So there’s no extra extra fees on top of on top of it. Perfect. I think you can see my screen here. Same view as you saw before. So here’s our web app, and here’s kind of the mobile app. So, let’s start with the web app. So what does this now look like in Encircle? So when we launched this feature, again, rolling it out in August, full launch in September. To let you guys know, our development is essentially done. We’re in the midst of internal beta, so testing the robustness, making sure the fees go in the right places. You know, our customers or selves get paid properly, and we get a we get our cut of it. In a couple weeks, we’re gonna be starting kind of a very limited trial with our customers with with some of our customers. Again, real world testing, make sure it works, and then kinda rolling it out in that August August time frame. So when we have it available, when it’s turned on, I’m not gonna go through the onboarding process here. I’m just gonna show the act of how payments looks like. When you do onboarding, it’ll be within Encircle, leveraging Stripe’s onboarding. You fill in all the information. There’ll be notifications kinda within our app. The turnaround time on Stripe approval, for most customers is relatively quickly, and sometimes there’s additional verification of documentation that you need. We’ll have all this lined out in our help and support articles between myself and Anna helping creating those. Our support team’s gonna be there, and our and our customer success team will be there to to support you if you have any questions. So if it is up and running, if I come into Encircle home, so here’s the home screen where I see claims, you can see here there’s now a new option, which is the payments tab. From a user perspective, to let you guys know, because I know financial information is very sensitive within organizations, this payment tab here will only be available to org admins. So anyone with the admin user permission within Encircle. So limited users, standard users, they’re not gonna be able to see all of this financial information, only the administrators within your company that you’ve given them access to as as an admin user within Encircle. So when you come in here, you get a view of all the transactions that have happened across all of your claims. You can click on them and see specific details about when they happen, kind of the credit card, kind of where it was, and the time frame of it. So giving you details is pulled directly from Stripe. Payouts. So what payouts are is, the way the flow of money works is when you collect a payment with an Encircle, it goes into a Stripe account that you create with us. So you’ll have your own dedicated Stripe account. No one else have access to it. So Sean Restoration will have a separate Stripe account from, you know, Anna Restoration. So keeping everything separate, no one’s gonna be able to see anyone else’s information. Payouts happen is, the way the flow works is a payment occurs. It shows up in your Stripe account. Kind of fees are reduced. Kinda we we extract that, you know, two point nine five percent. And then after, kind of two to three days, that money then gets transferred or paid out from Stripe into your bank account that you’ve set up. So that’s kinda how the the flow of money the flow of money goes. So you’ll be able to see that within Encircle. You’ll be able to look at your kind of account information that you’ve used to set up, and this is important, particularly during the onboarding process. If there’s some additional information that needs to be provided, there’ll be a notification banner here to to help you along and notify you. And, again, Encircle’s gonna be there to support you throughout this process. The other thing from this page is you can exit out of Encircle. We create a new tab and go into your dedicated Stripe account, your dedicated web page to view all the information and all the transactions within your, Encircle Stripe account, and you can see the details of it there. If you need to manage refunds or anything like that, that can be done here within the Stripe the Stripe dashboard. Takes a little bit of time to load. I’ll come back to this this screen as well once we start going through some of active. So here, you can see you have metrics. If you wanna if, you know, kind of your accountants or your admins wanna see the progress of the payments, and all this information kinda mirrors what you see on that on that other page. Now what does it look like, when I’m inside a job? So I’ll I’ll stay on the web here. So I’ll go into kind of this Tony Guinn example. When you land on and create a new claim and you have payments set up, right from the home screen, particularly if this is a call that’s come in kind of overnight or kind of in the office, and if you wanna collect that payment, not in the field, but over the link, you can send a payment link directly within Encircle right here from the home screen. You click that out, you can fill this out. I’ll go through this flow exactly. We’re just making it easy for you to kind of access and send a payment. But also within a claim, you you’ll be added to this new screen here called payments. If I go there, it’ll show me all of the payments that have happened that you’ve made kind of on this specific job itself. You can exit out to the dashboard and see kind of get access to more detailed information. Or from this page, you can also send out that payment link. So let’s send out a payment link right now. So I’ll this up. We populate it kind of with the job ID that you use with your with your company. Let’s call this kind of the initial inspection fee. And let’s say that’s kind of two hundred dollars. We prepopulate the customer information from the claim, so you don’t need to add that in, whether it’s email or phone number, and then you simply that’s it. You hit send. And it happens kind of pretty much instantly. You’ll see here on my phone because I’ve sent it I’ve sent it to myself that, here we go. We’ll send if they want, we’ll send you this text text message that that they to the customer that they can access, and it says from your account. It’s not from Encircle. This is my test account. I call it Colin Encircle. That but that would have your name on there, Sean Restoration, Dries, or or whatever the name is, and they can click on that. Or if they wanna receive the email let me just show you how the email looks. There we go. All these Stripe control our Zoom controls are in the way. Here we go. So we send out an email, kind of on your behalf. You have a bug, and this is why, we’re doing our testing. We’re missing a zero at the end here. But it’ll show the full amount. If we wanna pay it, we click the customer clicks on that link. We go straight into the secure Stripe payment, screen that is linked to your specific Stripe account for the fee. So then as the homeowner, I will enter in my information. Again, I can do this on my own mobile phone or on, my home computer. This is a test credit card. I can just enter in, fake information, to show you how the payments work. And because I’m in Canada, I have a postal code. If this was in the US, you’d be adding your ZIP code, and then hit pay. And then that that’s how easy it is for your customer to to do a payment link. They’ll receive an email receipt, to the email address they had entered at the top of that. So they’ll kinda have that record. And then you will also if I go back into Encircle, it takes about a minute to ninety seconds for the systems to fully link up between Stripe and Encircle. But if I refresh, this page, we should see that kind of payment went through, for two hundred dollars very shortly. And this will show up here within the claim, or if I go out so there you go, successfully. Or if I go out to the payment screen as someone who’s looking across all the jobs, once this page loads, we’re kind of pulling in all the information. So this is an important thing from a security financial information perspective. Encircle is not storing any of this financial data. So we’re not storing credit cards. We’re not storing the values. That’s all stored within Stripe who has PCI compliant, secure access to it. We are pulling it securely over their APIs to be able to display it, but we’re not gonna store any of these things. So from your perspective and your customer’s perspective, we’re not remembering, if you will, their credit card or home information or anything. We’re just gonna pull that information from Stripe because Stripe has the security and the compliance databases and infrastructure to manage that information. Now what does that look like? So as you can see, it transpires fairly quickly. Now if I go and do kind of tap to pay, because I think that’s that’s a really, interesting one here. Let me kinda open up the app here. So when I’m in the claim so I’m in this kind of Tony Gwyn claim again. You know, where we’re gonna put it is if you look up here kind of at our hamburger menu, we’ve now added a new button that is request payment. So I tap that. Very similar to what it was, on mobile in terms of the information that you wanna fill out. But the main difference here is you can either do tap to pay or you can send an email request. So I’ll do tap to pay as this, and we’ll just do this as a test. And we’ll say this is kinda two hundred and fifty dollars. Again, we’re prepopulating that information. And when I go to tap to pay, again, this works on iOS or Android. Obviously, you need a Android phone that supports NFC, and our app supports the minimum iOS and Android builds that you need, which is iOS seventeen. And I think Android ten are the minimum OS is required that support kind of this payment and tap to pay in NFC technology. Plus, you need a phone that has the NFC. So any iOS device that supports seventeen will have should have support for, tap to pay as well. So this is it. You can take your credit card, kind of tap to pay, and then it goes through. Success. And now if I go back into kind of Encircle, again, that minute to ninety seconds for the systems to kind of connect and realign. But if I go into this Tony Quinn job, look at payments, I’ll see there right at the top line item, two hundred and fifty dollars. So it happens fairly real time. So people in the office, you know, get a call from the tech. Hey. I’ve taken the payment. They’ll be able to see it here within the system. So very quick, very easy. You know, we think it’ll be very accessible for your teams to be able to start collecting kind of that initial deposit in the field. If you want, you can leverage this to do kind of full bills. I know there’s a question in the chat around, are we handling invoicing? So at this time, Encircle, we’re not gonna be managing invoices. We’re not gonna let you kinda create a line item build. This is something we’re gonna look at over the future as we build out more kind of of of a payment solution and a financing solution to support your business needs. Right now, we really just want to focus on, let’s collect that payment that you need. So if you do invoices today, you can email it, email that invoice to someone, and then send the request link separately. Or if we have a custom form where for work off, you need a deposit, you can fill that out in our app, take the deposit, and then email that kind of signed form with the deposit information on it to the customer, and that that’s how it kinda works. Again, over time, as we learn more and see how you guys want us to evolve our payments and financing solutions, we’re gonna be looking at things like invoicing and and other options as well. So there it is. Yeah. There’s kind of the the, demonstration of payments as where we’re at. So just to recap, iOS and Android, you can do tap to pay in the field on web or on mobile. You can send a payment link to your customer. The information is contained within Stripe, so it’s fully secure, PCI compliant, and it happens kind of in real time. And then support in US and Canada, we’d gone over kind of our our payment fees kind of earlier. So I think it’s time to open it up for for questions, I’m assuming there’s gonna be a handful of them. There’s a lot. But before we get to the questions, I am going to just launch another poll. We’d love to get your your insight. Just give me one second. So we’d love to know how long does it typically take for you to collect a deposit or a deductible today. So if you could answer that, that would be great. While people are answering those, I’m just gonna open up the chat. There was a lot of questions that came in through the chat. I’ve been answering some that came in through the q and a as we as we’ve gone. One that came up a number of times, Sean, is about an integration with QuickBooks. And I think you’ve kind of addressed that already, that this is a first step in in what will likely be a a journey of Yeah. That’s right. Financial things. But do wanna Yeah. And I did to to touch on that. So, at this time, Encircle ourselves are not gonna have a direct, integration into into QuickBooks. We have started some research. So there are offerings through Stripe that allow you to connect QuickBooks and your Stripe account. We need to do a bit more research if that kind of third party that allows you to connect QuickBooks to Stripe will kind of work with our integration. Our belief is that it could, but we wanna make sure we do our due diligence that if that integration works, then we can tell you how to do it in the in the proper way. So, we believe it can work. We haven’t tested it. We haven’t worked on that integration, but it is something that we’ve heard loud and clear when we’ve talked to customers about it. That offering that QuickBooks integration will be very important. So it is something we wanna look at. Nothing that we’re gonna offer directly at launch. Perfect. Megan asked, what is the turnaround time of processing payments? So in terms of processing the payment, if you’re doing Patapay, it’s fairly real time and same if they enter it in. So as soon as they enter it in on web or on mobile, if they’re doing it manually, and then hit pay, it happens right there. Unless there’s, you know, errors, like the card is over the limit. You know, there’s a standard kind of, banking or or interchange error message that may come up. But if it successfully goes through, it happens right away, and that money should get deposited into your Stripe Encircle Stripe account, you know, I’ll say fairly instantly. It’s called within sixty to ninety seconds that’ll show up kind of in your account. And then the next stage of that is how does that money that is now within your Stripe account show up in your bank account? So Stripe has kind of standard payout time frames where it’s, on average, two to three days from when or two to three business days from when a payment comes into your Stripe account to when it goes out to your bank account. And the way we’ve set it up is that’s gonna happen daily. So every day, our system is gonna look back kind of two days or three days, take the money that was added to your account, and then add that to your to your bank account. There’s one caveat. The very first payout, and this is kind of a Stripe, Stripe process, takes seven days for that initial payout from when you start doing payments. And then any subsequent payout is kind of two to three days depending on your on your location. Right. Is there a limit to transactions? No. There isn’t a limit. There is a tap to pay limit that is based on region. So within Canada, so for our Canadian customers, there is a two hundred and fifty dollar, tap to pay limit. So anyone who in Canada who shops at Costco probably runs into that all the time where you can’t just tap at the till because most bills are over two hundred and fifty. In the US through Stripe, from all of our testing, there is no limit to tap to pay, in the United States. Again, in Canada, there is a limit where you have to enter in your PIN. There is technology that’s called online PIN verification, where if I try to tap to pay, kind of, I’ll be able to enter in my PIN, kind of that four digit code for your credit card. That is specific to the physical card that you have and the technology that your bank or or credit card provider offers. So you don’t know if that customer’s card will support kind of online PIN entry. Because normally, if tap to pay doesn’t work, you kinda have to slot it into a terminal. So we’re not offering terminals. You don’t need any additional hardware. So if they can’t do tap to pay, then you’re gonna have to send it manually because of that limit within Canada. But within the US, there’s no limit to to tap to pay. Someone just said, can a customer in Canada could you do two transactions that are two hundred and fifty dollars? Yeah. So there’s no limit, yeah, there’s no limit to the number of transactions you can do on a job. You’ll have to set them up separately. So if if it’s a thousand dollars and you wanna do four two hundred and fifty in a row, you can you can do that for for top. Right? Great. Is there any way to see that a payment has been, processed on the mobile app? We are working on that right now. So, in the demonstration that I showed you, when I finished the tap to pay, it kinda just went back to that payment form. We’re actively working on a page that will show you. So similarly, where on the web, you have the list of payments, we’re gonna show you that kind of in the, on the mobile app as well. Well, that’s kind of in development right now. Thank you. I see a couple on fees here, Leah. So a difference of, like, is there an Encircle fee versus a Stripe fee and all that? That may have been the next question. So, that two point nine five percent for tap to pay or three point two for kind of Mastercard and credit card payment links, that’s the fee. That’s inclusive of Encircle’s fee and Stripe’s fee. So what’s gonna happen is when you look at kind of the the transaction in Stripe, say it’s for a hundred dollars, the overall the overall thing will be reduced by two dollars and ninety five cents. That will be broken out between kind of Encircle’s portion and Stripe’s portion. So there’s nothing additional to that two point nine five percent where Stripe’s gonna come in and, you know, just steal an extra two percent or steal thirty thirty cents for a transaction. The top line thing, it’s two point nine five percent, and then we’re splitting that kinda between us and and Stripe to do that to the to do that processing and kinda offer this this service. Great. We had a couple of questions come in. If we shift back to your away from payments, we had some questions come in around three sixty. How does, our three sixty camera, which I assume you mean the Ricoh three sixty camera compare to matter a Matterport or Docusketch camera? Yeah. So the the Ricoh cameras that we support, the Ricoh Theta, x, and zed one, they’re the same cameras. And, actually, we support, I think, four Ricoh models. They’re the exact same models that DocuSketch used to support. They used to sell, the Ricoh Theta SC two for business, I think. I I love product naming, things for hardware. But DocuSketch supported, like, three or four different Ricoh, cameras. We support the exact same ones. At the beginning of the year, DocuSketch switched over to the Insta three sixty, which is a different hardware vendor. We don’t support this at that time. The quality between the two, as far as we know, are fairly competitive. So if you have a docu sense camera, you can do it. Now the Matterport camera is kind of a whole other camera unto itself. They’re big one. It’s premium. It has LIDAR built into it, a much bigger camera sensor. So the quality or resolution is significantly, higher in Matterport, but it’s also a significantly higher hardware cost to get that, and there’s no integration kind of with our with our offering. But in terms of what Docusketch offers, whether that’s the Insta three sixty they now sell or the Ricoh Theta camera, the qualities are kinda on par between the between the two companies. Great. I’m just scrolling back through the chat, so I apologize for jumping around. But there’s a a payments question that, asked about, disputed payments. So, how are contractors protected when it comes to disputed payments? Unfortunately, it happens a lot when they appease the contractor and then contest the charge to their credit card company. Yeah. So the kind of dispute process happens within Stripe. So when you sign up for, Encircle payments, you’re actually signing up to have a contract with Stripe, a business agreement. And so through that Stripe portal, Stripe will offer you and and offer support in terms of how we manage the dispute process. There are notifications. There’s documentation that can be submitted through that process. So us and us and Stripe will be there to support you through kind of our regular support processes in the disputing fees. But like you said, unfortunately, it’s something that happens in the real world, but that information and the way to do it can be through the Stripe dashboard on managing the disputes. Great. And I’m gonna jump back because there’s been a few questions come through the the q and a box window as well. Angie asked if there’s a charge for three sixty photo. I can answer that. No. Three sixty is included in your subscription at no no extra charge. You can take as many three sixty photos as you want. Sean, I wanna clarify. Today, you I believe that you saw that there was a customer that took eleven hundred photos, three sixty photos on a single job. Did I get that right? Well, across two jobs. So it’s, like, five times and sixty photos per job or something like that. Because it’s yeah. A lot of customers using it extensively, which is really No no extra charge. And then Luke asked if we use the camera you are selling. To be clear, we’re not selling any cameras. We are integrated with Ricoh three sixty. The links that I provided are links out to the Ricoh website to to purchase with a discount. So we are not selling selling the cameras. We are simply integrated with Ricoh. And just to clarify, Luke, you’re asking if you’re charged per sketch or per job. Three sixty is is just a three sixty photo in Encircle. We are not they are not connected to the to creating a sketch. So we still have our floor plan feature, which is still super easy to use, walk around with your phone, take a do a scan, and have the floor plan delivered within approximately three hours. And there is a separate fee for that for that feature. But for three sixty, it is separate, uses the Ricoh Theta camera, and is included in your subscription. And Lauren asked Sean, this is a product road map question. There’s been a couple of these, so we are running out of time. So I’m gonna pivot to a couple of those questions. Lauren asked when will we make it available to do three sixty photos with an iPhone without a separate heart piece of hardware like the Ricoh camera. Yeah. So kind of I think there’s other technologies out there leveraging kind of the AR room kit. So we’re constantly evaluating our our technology that we’re using. You know, one thing that’s on our road map that was I think there was a question that came in when Anna was showing off some of the moisture mapping tool. We are looking at kind of our sketch and moisture mapping, technology, and how we can make that better and integrate kind of with the floor plan data that comes in much better. This time, I can’t give you any information as to when we would be integrating with kind of the Apple LiDAR to do kind of it in the room in the room scan. But we’re constantly looking at how can we improve the workflow. Room dimensions is one of the biggest, pieces of data that’s important for all jobs, particularly when you feed that into your estimate, which drives all your line item costing. So we’re gonna constantly work and think about ways to improve that. I don’t, unfortunately, have a specific time frame I can offer you at this at this time. I am gonna have to wrap up the the q and a portion. For anyone who has additional questions, wants to know about road map questions, or has feature requests, Sean loves to hear from you. So I’m gonna let you know, please email product at Encircle app dot com. Sean will be happy to get in touch with you and and chat or connect you with his product team, and and the specific product areas that you’re looking to looking to have, have improvements on. I’m gonna launch one final poll before I let you go, just around, payments. We’d love to know if you’d like to be added to our mailing list to receive news and information when Encircle payments goes live. Like Sean mentioned, this will be available later this summer. And so if you wanna be added to the list to to know when it goes live and and make sure that you can get your get it into the into the hands and get you onboarded, we’d love to love to help you out with that. So thank you so much for for joining us today. This is our second quarterly what’s new webinar. We have made a commitment to doing hosting these every three months. Sean and his team are busy making improvements. There’s a number of things that came up in the chat and in the questions in the q and a box about what is Encircle doing in the future. It would be great if Encircle could do this. I can assure you there is a lot going on behind the scenes, and I’m really excited to host another one of these in three months and show you what we’ve been working on. So stay tuned for more. There’s lots to come from Encircle. So thank you very much for your support, and we will see you next time.
